These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, partners, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Quorizen provides technology services including, but not limited to:

• Custom Website Development
• Web Applications
• AI Integration
• Workflow Automation
• Cloud Deployment
• API Development
• Technical Consulting
• Ongoing Maintenance and Support

Every project is provided based on a mutually agreed proposal, quotation, or contract.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, assets, credentials, and timely feedback necessary for project completion.

Project timelines may be adjusted if required information, approvals, or assets are delayed by the client.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates and delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, documentation, graphics, and other project materials created by Quorizen remain the property of Quorizen until full payment has been received.

Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of all outstanding payments, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, except for:

• Third-party libraries and frameworks
• Open-source software governed by their respective licenses
• Proprietary development tools owned by Quorizen
• Internal methodologies, templates, and reusable components

Quorizen reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, marketing materials, and case studies unless a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.

While we strive to provide reliable, secure, and high-quality services, Quorizen cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quorizen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Security incidents caused by third-party providers
• Delays resulting from client actions or external dependencies

Our total liability arising from any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Quorizen shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the state where Quorizen is legally registered.
