Commitment & flexibility.
Our policies regarding the cancellation of services and eligibility for refunds.
Refund Eligibility
At Quorizen, every project is tailored to the unique requirements of each client. Due to the custom nature of our services, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet commenced.
- Payment was made in error or duplicated.
- Quorizen is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.
- A written agreement specifically provides for a refund.
Once substantial work has begun including planning, design, development, research, consulting, or implementation refund eligibility may be reduced or may no longer apply depending on the work completed.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Process
Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email to our support team.
Upon receiving a cancellation request:
- We will review the current stage of the project.
- Any completed work or milestones will be assessed.
- Outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable.
- Any refundable amount, if applicable, will be calculated after deducting the value of work already performed.
Quorizen also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project if:
- Required payments are not received.
- The client repeatedly fails to provide necessary information or approvals.
- The client breaches agreed contractual terms.
- Continuing the project would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Non-Refundable Items
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:
- Custom website development
- Web application development
- AI integration and automation services
- UI/UX design work
- Technical consulting
- Cloud deployment and infrastructure setup
- API development and integrations
- Research and discovery sessions
- Maintenance work already performed
- Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting fees, or other external costs purchased on behalf of the client
Completed project milestones and delivered work are also non-refundable.
Processing Timeline
If a refund request is approved, Quorizen will initiate the refund within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Project Suspension & Client Delays
Clients are expected to provide feedback, approvals, content, and other required materials within a reasonable timeframe. If there is no meaningful communication or required action from the client for more than 14 consecutive days, Quorizen may place the project on hold. Projects remaining inactive for an extended period may require rescheduling, revised timelines, or additional fees before work resumes.
Changes to This Policy
Quorizen may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. Any updates will be published on this page with the revised Last Updated date.
